Whether you have started on your path to building your confidence or you are a beginner this course is going to take you through the 5 main aspects of life that every woman should be working on to build more confidence. 





TRAINING SECTIONS OVERVIEW

This course is a completely self-paced meaning you can work on them when you get time.  I also intentionally made each video only 20-30 minutes in length so that it doesn’t take up too much time from your busy schedule.

Section 1 is Confident Mindset. In this I deep dive into the main aspects of a strong confident mindset, which are: 

  • Self-awareness
  • Intentions and goals
  • Self-esteem

Building confidence in your mind is the first step to creating the strong foundation you need to start figuring out what you truly desire, your dreams, and how you want to feel.

Section 2 is Confident Behavior. In this section I explore the most important pieces in creating displaying behavior that infers confidence, which are:

  • Time management
  • General healthy lifestyle
  • Taking decisive bold action

Confident behavior is all about taking action to build daily routines and habits that support your life plan.

Section 3 Confident Communication. In this section I will illustrate what it means to truly communicate with confidence, which are:

  • Clarity and Precision
  • Body language
  • Voice tone

Section 4 Confident Projection. This section is all about figuring out what you stand for and how you want to be perceived by the world. I will be covering:

  • Living environment
  • Circles of Influence

When you are able to project to the world the best version of yourself, you feel more confident.  As a result, you attract more positive experiences, people, and opportunities.

Section 5 Confidence in Career/Life Path.  In this section, I will describe various methods to boost your belief in your self-worth, value, talents, and abilities when it comes to your chosen profession or life purpose. 

The key components I will cover are:

  • Establish Your Worth and Value
  • Assess Alignment With Your Career/Life Path
  • Utilize Professional and Personal Development

Section 5 Confidence in Career/Life Path.  In this section, I will describe various methods to boost your belief in your self-worth, value, talents, and abilities when it comes to your chosen profession or life purpose.
