I had to dig deep and work on cultivating confidence in my mindset, confidence in my behavior, confidence in my communication, confidence in my self-projection and confidence in my career/life path.

In this context, belief systems are models or patterns of our environment and our upbringing that we copy into our mindset. Some belief systems that are developed are due to obvious behaviors like a parent telling a child that they need to eat vegetables to grow strong bones or they need to brush their teeth.

Sometimes it takes a powerful force to get you moving on achieving your goals. That is exactly what happened to Janet and Gabby Avila, sisters who decided to create lives that brought them freedom and joy.

You don’t have to totally stay isolated and give up your networking abilities. As a matter of fact, you now have an opportunity more than ever to connect with people from all over the world.

Motivation is a person’s willingness to act or behave in a way that results in progress toward efforts. Motivation usually involves biological, mental, social and emotional elements to ignite a person towards taking the first step of action.

Building confidence is truly the key to successfully knocking out your goals, feeling good about yourself, and ultimately getting everything you desire in life.

The more achievements and success that you have in life, the more you will step into your fear. Successful people don’t eliminate fear, they feel it and move forward anyway. Yes make smart decisions, yes weigh the pros and cons, yes listen to wise counsel, but do not allow fear to completely kill your dream.

By working to get past mental bondage you can truly start building more confidence, more courage and open yourself up to receive the life that you love and deserve.

When a woman can take control of her own happiness despite her environment and outside circumstances, she has really reached a profound level for freedom that is life changing.
