Picture this, you wake up, hit your alarm clock, roll out of bed, and go brush your teeth.

When I finally had enough of feeling stuck in a rut I made a decision to make a lifestyle change that totally transformed my life.
These changes consisted of me getting mentally, physically and emotionally healthy.
