Before I became an empowerment coach, I worked in several human services and health-related positions.
I worked as a Medicaid caseworker for social services, at a mental health institution in medical records, in a cancer research center, as a data collector for various public health projects, as a research and evaluation consultant in public health firms, and on projects ranging from teen pregnancy projects to suicide prevention to drug abuse. Then, because of my health and fitness journey, I started my own fitness business as a group trainer, personal trainer, and health coach.
Even though all of these jobs were different, the one constant was that I interacted, listened, and coached people. I listened to their stories, was open-minded to their diversity, and had compassion for where they were on the spectrum of human experience that we call life.
All of these experiences led me to understand that I had a special gift for empathetic communication. Meaning, I can relate to a wide range of people, feel their emotions, look at life from their perspective, and then engage with them in a way that shows them that I understand what they’re feeling on a deep and compassionate level. This is part of the reason why I can support so many women in so many ways.
When I created my 90-day, one-on-one coaching program, I thought of all the women I had spoken to over the years in various positions. Women who felt unseen, misunderstood, afraid, uncertain, confused, lost, neglected, abandoned, not good enough, helpless, and on the verge of losing all hope.
I understood these women because on some level, they were all versions of me at various times in my life. This is why my program gets to the core of teaching women how to create a life that they truly love.
In my one-on-one coaching program, I take clients through a results-driven system that helps them:
I have dedicated myself to supporting and empowering women on this journey called life so they can follow their hearts and live out their dreams.
If you are interested in learning how you can start to create the life you love, push past blocks, get clear on the vision and move forward faster, then consider taking a look at my coaching program.
