Have you ever had a day where you just felt down- like you were not your usual bubbly self? For some people, this feeling is not temporary but a daily occurrence.

If you feel tired, apathetic, drained, or depressed, it may be time to raise your positive vibration.

Raising Your Positive Vibration

When I say raise your positive vibration, I mean intentionally implement activities or lifestyle changes that make you feel happier, more vibrant and more energetic.

Some lifestyle changes that have been proven to help people with raising their positive vibration include:

  1. Eat whole foods
  2. Meditate, affirm, and journal
  3. Rest and sleep
  4. Environment and social circle

Let’s cover these lifestyle changes in more detail.

1. Eat Whole Foods

You must get your nutrition under control. There are so many different diet plans and eating regimens out there, but the one thing I notice that they all have in common is that they all preach limiting the consumption of processed sugar and processed foods in general.

When you take processed sugar and processed foods out of the equation that leaves you with whole foods. I.e., protein, vegetables, healthy fat, some fruit. You get the picture!

2. Meditate, Affirm, and Journal

I meditate, do my affirmations and journal or do some form of writing out my thoughts every single day. The reason that I do these things is that they make me feel good- it brings up my vibration. These things make me feel positive. They all me to express myself, quiet my mind and get focused.

3. Rest and Sleep

Getting enough rest and sleep helps you in many ways. When you sleep, your body repairs itself, and you’re able to shut down your conscious mind and relax.

Along the same lines, when you are sleeping, your body is naturally in a fasted state. If you’ve been watching my YouTube videos, you know I discuss intermittent fasting quite a bit. If you bought my course, The Confident Woman’s Healthy Lifestyle Guide, you’ll know that I have a whole section about fasting.

Always consult a doctor when it comes to fasting, but just know, when you’re sleeping, you’re fasting, as you’re abstaining from eating and drinking. This is when your body can detox old cells, repair itself, grow hair, skin, nails, and heal.

Getting enough rest and sleep is paramount to waking up feeling healthy, happy, and high vibrational.

4. Environment and Social Circle

Your environment is so predictive of your mood. When you are around negative people and negative energy, that negativity will come over you like a wave.

I was in a training class and one of the things we spoke about was how catching a cold is similar to how you can catch a negative mood. When you surround yourself with sick people, you increase your chances of catching the sickness- it works the same when you surround yourself with negative people.

If you find it difficult to find positive people, allow yourself time throughout the week to intentionally connect to positive people. There are many groups online that you can connect with where you have similar interests, ideas, and experiences. Create your online positive environment and connect with people who you know are on the same level as you.

Conclusion

These are the types of tasks and little assignments that I give my one-on-one coaching clients to help them raise their vibration and manifest the life that they really want.
