Intermittent Fasting Workbook

Hey there amazing woman! I remember when I first heard of intermittent fasting, I thought to myself, “Isn’t that starvation?” So as with a lot of things I question, I started researching this whole fasting thing to get answers for myself.

And you know what? I found out that giving the digestive system a break from food for a short period of time was not only NOT STARVING the body, but it was also helping the body heal!

As I continued to study the concept of fasting, I learned that we already fast when we are asleep. During sleep, when the body has a break from digestion, it takes that opportunity to heal, grow, detox old cells and sooo much more. 

When we wake up and push our “break-fast” meal an hour, 2 hours, or 3 hours later we give our bodies time to continue doing all the beneficial work it was doing when we were asleep.

Needless to say, I knew I had to give this whole intermittent fasting technique a try. Well, it worked so well for me, I have kept it going and continue to use it as a strategy in my healthy lifestyle plan.

I created this fasting workbook as a supplement to help you make the most of the fasting experience by 

  • tracking the amount of sugar, you eat when you break your fast with food
  • tracking your workouts and physical activity
  • tracking your macros; the amount of carbohydrates, proteins and fats you consume in your eating window, as well as your mood and energy levels.

This workbook will keep you focused in understanding how fasting is affecting you mentally and physically and whether to increase or decrease the level of your workouts while you fast. Use it to help you on your journey to creating a confident and high-level lifestyle!
