The other day I was thinking about the last ten years of my life. So much has happened! From divorce to getting laid off from my full-time corporate career to moving to a different state and starting a new business- the list keeps going.

During all of my time in transition, one thing I made time to do daily was writing in my journal. However, I didn’t just journal my thoughts. I dug deep and asked myself important questions that pushed me to think outside the box, such as:

  • What do I want in life?
  • Where do I want to be in 3 years?
  • How do I plan to change the world?

I also challenged myself to take action on what it was that I had written about while journaling. This type of journaling forced me to decide how I was going to make changes in my life. It also helped me gain clarity on how I wanted my future to look and feel.

How You Can Use This Journaling Technique

In my one-on-one coaching, I help my clients to do the same type of journaling. It has helped them open up their minds to the possibilities of their lives, deep desires, and how they want to move forward.

I’m happy to say that I’ve managed to productize this service in the form of a 30-day empowerment journal. So, if you’d like to use the exact journaling technique that I used to take my life to the next level, feel free to download the journal!

Conclusion

Changing your life is a difficult task. But, with the right materials, the process can become much easier. Try using the empowerment journal I created and taking action on your goals. You’ll be amazed at how much your life will change!
