Welcome to my new website Clarity, Confidence, Courage, Women’s Empowerment! To say I am happy does not describe how I feel.
It has taken me a long time, some fails and some misses to get to this point but I can truly say it has all been worth it.
So many times we as humans believe the path to what we truly desire should be straight and narrow but the truth is, if it was straight with no hardships, we would probably miss out on the lessons.
My life has taught me many lessons and I can’t wait to share them with all of you on this new website, blog site and on my new YouTube Channel.

Tiffiny has a B.A. in Psychology, and master’s degree in Public Health Education. She worked in consulting for over 16 years, as well as previously owning a fitness and health business. In her personal life, she used personal development, mindset and health strategies to go from being overworked in a demanding corporate career, emotionally drained in a toxic marriage, physically unhealthy, and depressed to becoming an award-winning figure level bodybuilding athlete and entrepreneur.
