THIS IS HOW TO ALLOW WHAT YOU WANT TO EASILY FLOW INTO YOUR LIFE

As a women’s empowerment coach, it brings me so much joy to see my one on one clients accomplish so much in my 90-day program.  I can literally see the transformation start within the first 2 weeks and it just gets better from there.  

I love seeing my clients get exactly what they want; whether that is a romantic relationship, a promotion at work, gaining a healthier lifestyle, building their confidence, or building the courage to move to a new environment.

However, around day 45, I notice a phenomenon occur.  This is around the time that they start to do what I like to call, “fight” their own progress. 

It’s when they struggle to allow joy, peace, abundance, or happiness to come into their lives.  This often takes the form of negative thinking, self-sabotage, or doubting that what they have achieved will stay in their lives.

When this happens, I bring the issue to their attention and help them work through the situation.  I often find that there are 3 main issues that they must overcome to allow in their abundance and feelings of deservingness.

Below I go into detail on the issues and how my clients and you can fully receive what your heart desires.

THREE WAYS TO ALLOW IN THE GOOD STUFF

  1. Recognize negative thought patterns as soon as they occur.  These are the thoughts that tell you, “what if it doesn’t work out?” or “what if I fail?”.  Once you recognize these thought patterns reframe these thoughts into a positive perspective.  For example, start asking yourself, “what if this does work out and I am perfectly happy? Or “I am going to really enjoy all this money that I am getting”.  The idea is to think in a positive affirming mindset versus a negative mindset.
  2. Surrender to you own joy and happiness.  So many times, when I tell women they need to surrender they think that I mean in terms of “quitting” or “giving up”.  I what I really mean is surrendering to trying to control every aspect of a situation and allowing the happiness to flow without doubt. 
  3. Give gratitude for what is working out for you and all that you have.  I tell my clients to journal about the good things that are coming into their lives.  It is very important to take note of all the experiences that are working out and give thanks for what is going really well.  It not only allows more positivity to flow into your life, but it also is a way to naturally feel good about your life.

The concept of “allowing” takes practice but once you start, trust me it will be as natural as breathing air.
